Just when we may have thought that the story of Jade Goody had finished its final chapter there is something else on the cards. The family of the late Jade Goody gathered to fill her request to have a big party in her memory after her death. During the party it came out that there is a plan to produce the Jade Goody musical. Apparently, the musical will tell the story of the life and death of Jade Goody. We are not really sure why that has to be done and if it does why it has to be a musical. Count the moments until the hunt for the actress to play ‘the new Jade’ becomes a reality show.

What on earth? According to his report on CNN, Amy Winehouse is looking into adopting a child from St. Lucia. She has been living in the Caribbean for a bit now in an apparent attempt to clean herself up a bit and also escape a bit of the media glare. Now Amy Winehouse wants to adopt? You have to hope that the folks of St. Lucia have higher standards then allowing such a messed up drug addict adopt a child. We can only hope! Amy Winehouse may very well have a great voice but there can’t be many that really think she is fit to be a mother.

Susan Boyle really brought a massive amount of attention to Britain’s Got Talent. It has hard to think that somebody else would make the audience react in such a way again this season. Yet, 12-year-old Shaheen Jafargholi has had the judges and the Britain’s Got Talent audience on their feet once again. His time on stage didn’t start all that promisingly when he attempted an Amy Winehouse song. Frankly, a boy that age doesn’t really fit such a song and Simon Cowell stopped him and asked him if he had another song to sing.

Shaheen Jafargholi took it in his stride and offered up a Michael Jackson song as an alternative. It is a good thing that he did too because when you watch this video you will see that this boy from Wales might be a real challenge to Susan Boyle.

Prince Philip is most famous for two things. First and foremost he is the wife of The Queen and following closely behind that he is known for making numerous social gaffs over the years. Today, however, it is the former which is to be celebrated. Having now been married to The Queen for 57 years and 71 days, Prince Philip has now become the longest serving British Royal consort in history.

Prince Philip is 87 years old and that already made him the oldest spouse of a reigning monarch. It is hard to think of another royal spouse lasting in the job for such a length of time in the future. Regardless of anybody’s personal opinion on Prince Philip, he is never boring and regardless of his position in life it is simply never going to be easy to be married to anybody for over 57 years. Here’s hoping they make it to 60 and beyond.

Not to long ago barely anybody knew the name Susan Boyle. Now the lady can’t move without having a reporter following her around. All of this because of the amazing job that Susan Boyle did when she was on Britain’s Got Talent. Her powerful and unexpected singing voice took both Simon Cowell and the rest of the world by surprise.

Susan Boyle probably never imagined that she would have any reporters at her door and now just in a very short amount of time she has become a global star. The American media is all over her. I guess that is what happens when you so publicly shock Simon Cowell as he is even more of a star in the United States as he is over here in the UK.

Here is CNN reporting on how Susuan Boyle is starting to ‘come out of her shell’ and talk to media about her life. Apparently, Susan Boyle has never been kissed? That is beyond a shame. She may not be a super model but she certainly isn’t an appalling looking woman either. I am sure it won’t take Susan Boyle long to find a man that wants to kiss her now but I dearly hope she makes sure he is a good man and not somebody looking to ride the tails of her new star status.

It has to be said that Madonna isn’t very lucky when it comes to riding horses. Reports are that the pop icon has, once again, injured herself after falling off of a horse. Madonna was riding the horse while in the Hamptons area of New York State. According to her “people” the fall was caused when paparazzi jumped out of a bush and spooked the horse. If that is true I wonder why the photos haven’t yet surfaced? Either way, apparently the injuries that Madonna sustained during her fall are minor. So, it doesn’t sound as if her horse fall is as serious this time as it was in her previous accident.

Beware! This clip of Lady Gaga on the Jonathan Ross show is for adults only! Lady Gaga is over in the UK for some promotional work and this Friday she ended up on the Jonathan Ross talk show. It has to be said that she made Jonathan earn that large check of his by being a particularly difficult interview. Lady Gaga sipped tea throughout the entire interview and appeared to be annoyed to even be there at all. Every question that Jonathan Ross asked we met with dirty looks and an awkward answer.

Michael Jackson is on a trip to London and apparently he fancied a trip to the theatre while he is here. He made a visit to Dury Lane where he caught a showing of the latest production of Oliver. Michael Jackson can’t do anything without getting noticed. Apparently, when he entered the theatre the audience clapped for him. It is a tad strange that merely existing gets a round of applause when there are others on the stage actually working but I suppose sometimes people just don’t know how to acknowledge the presence of a celebrity any other way.

Things got more than a bit out of hand when Michael Jackson left the theatre. The crowds had heard that he was at the show and gathered around the entrance. He stopped and signed autographs but that didn’t stem the tide of his fans and a near riot felt on the cards.

Things haven’t been easy for Lindsay Lohan lately. Breaks ups are never fun and that is made even worse when the whole world is watching it happen. So, understandably the break up with Samantha Ronson has hit her hard. It looks like it might be hitting Lindsay Lohan too hard though. Some sources are saying that Lohan may very well be headed back to rehab. A fight between Lindsay Lohan and her mother was overheard and the topic of the argument appeared to be Lindsay returning to rehab.

I know that there are a number of you who are waiting with baited breath for the new Harry Potter film to finally be released. The bad news is that you still have to wait until July 15th for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince to be released in the cinemas. Until then though, the good news is that a brand new Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince trailer has been released.

This is a pretty extensive trailer that gives a lot of insight of what we can expect from Harry and the rest of the gang when the new films is at last released.
